# Return & Refund Policy
At Product Play, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
## Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
* The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
* The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
* The return request is submitted within **7 days** of receiving your order.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
## Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

* Beauty products
* Undergarments
* Customized or personalized items
* Gift cards
## Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
* Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed using the original payment method.
* Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are generally completed within **5–10 business days** after approval.
## Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, approved refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed refund method. Our support team will contact you to complete the refund process.
## Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.
## Return Shipping
* If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
